Kevin L. Pearson was born in Miami, Florida, on May 8, 1953.  He received his B.A. from the University of Florida in 1979, and his J.D. from the University of Florida in  1982.  Mr. Pearson is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Virginia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.

Mr. Pearson is an active member in good standing of the Roanoke County - Salem Bar Association, the Roanoke Bar Association, the Virginia State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.  He practices in the areas of: Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Wills, Trusts and Estates, Incorporations, Business Planning,  Bankruptcy Law, and Social Security and Railroad Disability Law.
