M. Quentin Emick
M. Quentin Emick, Jr. was born in Roanoke, Virginia, on January 27, 1974. He received his B.A., with distinction from Virginia Military Institute in 1996, and his J.D. from Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1999. Mr. Emick is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Virginia, the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
Mr. Emick is an active member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Bar Association, American Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Law, Railroad Injury Law (FELA), Products Liability Law, Medical Malpractice Law.
