H. Keith Moore
H. Keith Moore was born in Lynchburg, Virginia, on January 16, 1959. He received his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1984, and his J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1991. Mr. Moore is admitted to practice law in all state courts in Virginia, West Virginia and Tennessee, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, the United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
Mr. Moore is an active member in good standing of the Virginia State Bar Association, West Virginia State Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Roanoke Bar Association and the Roanoke County-Salem Bar Association. He practices in the areas of: Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Law, Railroad Injury Law (FELA), Products Liability Law, and Medical Malpractice Law.
